With the win, James Island upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Trojans travel to May River (Bluffton, SC) to battle the Sharks in a AAAA Region 7 test on Monday, March 15. The Sharks come into the test with a record of 0-0.

With the defeat, Ashley Ridge falls to 0-3 on the season. The Swamp foxes travel to Stratford (Goose Creek, SC) to battle the Knights in a non-league test on Monday, March 15. The Knights come into the test with a record of 0-1. Stratford lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Legion Collegiate Academy (Rock Hill, SC)
