The Rio Linda Knights volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Bear River Bruins to 0 in the Knights non-league victory on Monday.
The Knights now have a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Twelve Bridges for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 8. Rio Linda will meet a Raging Rhinos team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Western Sierra Collegiate Academy (Rocklin, CA). The Raging Rhinos record now stands at 0-1.
The Bruins (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning (Nevada City, CA). The Fire Wolves enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Sierra Academy of Expeditionary Learning dropped by Woodland Christian (Woodland, CA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
