The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Colonial Grenadiers (Orlando, FL) and the visiting Edgewater Eagles (Orlando, FL), saw Colonial's softball squad achieve victory over Edgewater by a count of 16-1.

The Grenadiers now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake Buena Vista for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 9. Colonial will face a Vipers squad coming off a 19-2 non-league loss to Horizon (Winter Garden, FL). The Vipers record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Edgewater falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Wekiva (Apopka, FL) to face the Mustangs in a 6A District 9 match on Monday, March 21. The Mustangs enter the match with a record of 1-4.
