The South Caldwell Spartans baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the host Draughn Wildcats to 1 in the Spartans non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Spartans (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Lincoln Charter (Denver, NC). The Eagles go into the non-league match with a 1-1 record.
The Wildcats (2-1) will now prepare for their match against McDowell (Marion, NC). The Titans go into the non-league match with a 2-1 record. In their last match, McDowell edged Chase (Forest City, NC), 5-3, in a non-league match.
