Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Skyline Coyotes (Mesa, AZ) and the host Valley Vista Monsoon (Surprise, AZ), saw Skyline's baseball squad knock off Valley Vista by a count of 7-3.
Coming up next, the Coyotes play the Highland Hawks (Gilbert, AZ) in a battle, on Wednesday, March 8. Skyline will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Hawks enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Red Mountain (Mesa, AZ).
The Monsoon now possess a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sunnyslope for a battle on Wednesday, April 19.
