In Tuesday's league test, the host Tocoi Creek Toros lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-4 victory over the Fleming Island Golden Eagles.
The Toros now have a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Flagler Palm Coast for a non-league test on Thursday, March 9. Tocoi Creek will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Paxon School For Advanced Studies (Jacksonville, FL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-4.
In their next game, the Golden Eagles face the Matanzas Pirates (Palm Coast, FL) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 9. Fleming Island will attempt to move on its 2-3 season record. The Pirates come into the test with a 0-4 record after their 13-2 non-league loss to Beachside (St. Johns, FL).
