Next, the Lions confront the Mt. Pleasant Tigers (Mt. Pleasant, TX) in a 5A Region 2 District 15 challenge, on Friday, March 10. Tyler will attempt to better on its 10-11 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 9-7 record after their 6-1 league loss to Texas (Texarkana, TX).

The Mavericks now have a 0-15 record. They take the field next when they host Hallsville for a 5A Region 2 District 15 challenge on Friday, March 10. Marshall will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 5-0 league win over Whitehouse (Whitehouse, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 17-2.
