In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Hart Indians baseball team scored a tight 8-7 victory over the Villa Park Spartans.
The Indians (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Gahr (Cerritos, CA). The Gladiators go into the non-league game with a 1-6 record. In their last game, Gahr was edged by Cypress (Cypress, CA), 7-6, in a non-league game.
The Spartans (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA). The Mustangs go into the non-league game with a 3-5 record. In their last game, Yorba Linda tipped El Modena (Orange, CA), 1-0, in a non-league game.
