In Tuesday's non-league test, the visiting Myers Park Mustangs lacrosse squad scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Marvin Ridge Mavericks.
The Mustangs now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ardrey Kell for a non-league test on Thursday, March 9. Myers Park will face a Knights squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC). The Knights record now stands at 3-0.
In their next game, the Mavericks face the Charlotte Latin Hawks (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 8. Marvin Ridge will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 10-3 non-league win over Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC).
