Tocoi Creek Toros (St. Augustine, FL) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Atlantic Coast Stingrays (Jacksonville, FL), 13-5 in a non-league battle.
The Toros now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Matanzas for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 9. Tocoi Creek will clash with a Pirates squad coming off a 9-3 non-league win over Beachside (St. Johns, FL). The Pirates record now stands at 4-2.
In their next game, the Stingrays clash with the Mandarin Mustangs (Jacksonville, FL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 9. Atlantic Coast will attempt to move on its 3-4 season record. The Mustangs come into the battle with a 2-7 record after their 14-6 non-league loss to St. Joseph Academy (St. Augustine, FL).
