The Blanco Panthers softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Antonian Prep Apaches to 12 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Blanco moves its record to 12-4 on the year. The Panthers host Llano (Llano, TX) to clash with the Yellowjackets in a 3A Region I District 5 game on Friday, March 10. The Yellowjackets come into the game with a record of 13-1. Llano won 2-1 in their recent non-league game against Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX)

In their next game, the Apaches clash with the Nixon-Smiley Mustangs (Nixon, TX) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 9. Antonian Prep will attempt to move on its 7-7 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 3-0 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Robstown (Robstown, TX).
