California High School Softball - Sonoma Valley bounces Novato

Sonoma Valley Dragons (Sonoma, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Novato Hornets (Novato, CA), 16-4 in a non-league challenge.

The Dragons now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Archie Williams for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 8. Sonoma Valley will face a Peregrine Falcons squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Pinole Valley (Pinole, CA). The Peregrine Falcons record now stands at 0-2.

With the loss, Novato falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to St. Patrick-St. Vincent (Vallejo, CA) to face the Bruins in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 8. The Bruins enter the challenge with a record of 3-0. St. Patrick-St. Vincent won 11-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Elite (Vallejo, CA)
