The Spring Hill Panthers (Longview, TX) softball routed the visiting Winona Wildcats (Winona, TX), 16-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Panthers (15-6) will now prepare for their bout against White Oak (White Oak, TX). The Roughnecks go into the non-league bout with a 16-3 record. In their last bout, White Oak toppled Pleasant Grove (Texarkana, TX), 7-0, in a non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 0-2 record. They play next when they travel to Winnsboro for a 3A Region II District 13 challenge on Tuesday, March 14. Winona will battle a Raiders squad coming off a 13-3 league win over Chapel Hill (Mount Pleasant, TX). The Raiders record now stands at 10-3.
