The Victoria West Warriors baseball team (Victoria, TX), was overwhelmed 8-2 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting Angleton Wildcats (Angleton, TX)

The Wildcats now hold a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Victoria East for a non-league outing on Friday, March 8. Angleton will confront a Titans team coming off a 5-4 non-league win over Robstown (Robstown, TX). The Titans record now stands at 9-4.

Next, the Warriors confront the Robstown Cottonpickers (Robstown, TX) in a non-league outing, on Friday, March 8. Victoria West will attempt to advance on its 6-7 season record. The Cottonpickers go into the outing with a 5-7 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Victoria East (Victoria, TX).
