Spectators at Thursday's non-league battle between the Jacksboro Tigers (Jacksboro, TX) and the host Peaster Greyhounds (Peaster, TX), saw Jacksboro's baseball squad knock off Peaster by a count of 3-1.

Coming up next, the Tigers play the Bowie Jackrabbits (Bowie, TX) in a 3A Region I District 7 battle, on Monday, March 11. Jacksboro will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record. The Jackrabbits enter the battle with a 10-2 record after their 16-0 non-league win over North Dallas (Dallas, TX).
