The Strake Jesuit Fighting Crusaders baseball team (Houston, TX), was overwhelmed 8-3 in Thursday's non-league outing with the visiting West Brook Bruins (Beaumont, TX)
The Bruins now hold a 10-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Foster for a non-league outing on Friday, March 8. West Brook will face a Falcons team coming off a 10-3 non-league win over Concordia Lutheran (Tomball, TX). The Falcons record now stands at 7-6.
Next, the Fighting Crusaders face the Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial Eagles (Corpus Christi, TX) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, March 9. Strake Jesuit will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Eagles enter the outing with a 9-3 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Katy Taylor (Katy, TX).
