Atlantic Christian Cougars (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Northern Virginia HomeSchool Centurions (Manassas, VA), 59-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Atlantic Christian upgrades its record to 17-7 on the season. The Cougars travel to Central Christian Academy (Southington, CT) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, March 8. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-1. Central Christian Academy won 63-49 in their recent non-league bout against Temple Baptist Academy (Powell, TN)

Next up, the Centurions play the Families of Faith Christian Academy Screaming Eagles (Channahon, IL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 8. Northern Virginia HomeSchool will attempt to upgrade on its 19-10 season record. The Screaming Eagles go into the bout with a 15-10 record after their 43-41 non-league loss to Faith Christian (Dixon, IL).
