In Thursday's league match, the visiting Glencoe-Silver Lake Panthers basketball team scored a tight 68-67 triumph over the Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers.
In their next game, the Panthers meet the Belle Plaine Tigers (Belle Plaine, MN) in a AA Section 2 match, on Monday, March 11. Glencoe-Silver Lake will attempt to move on its 19-11 season record. The Tigers enter the match with a 23-7 record after their 71-67 non-league win over Le Sueur-Henderson (Le Sueur, MN).
With the defeat, Minnesota Valley Lutheran moves to 24-6 on the year.
