In Thursday's non-league outing, the Russell Rustlers (Great Falls, MT) basketball squad edged the visiting Hellgate Knights (Missoula, MT), by a count of 55-54.
The Rustlers (11-10) will now prepare for their outing against Gallatin (Bozeman, MT). The Raptors go into the non-league outing with a 17-5 record. In their last outing, Gallatin held off Butte (Butte, MT), 71-65, in a non-league outing.
The Knights now hold a 19-3 record. They play next when they travel to Butte for a non-league outing on Friday, March 8. Hellgate will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 71-65 non-league loss to Gallatin (Bozeman, MT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 14-8.
