The crowd at Thursday's non-league bout between the Firebaugh Falcons (Lynwood, CA) and the visiting Lynwood Knights (Lynwood, CA), saw Firebaugh's volleyball squad nip Lynwood by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, Firebaugh upgrades its record to 3-2 on the year. The Falcons host Downey (Downey, CA) to play the Vikings in a bout on Tuesday, March 12. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Knights now own a 0-1 record.
