Cardinal Gibbons Crusaders (Raleigh, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the visiting Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC), 6-5 in a non-league test.

The Crusaders now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Athens Drive for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 13.

In their next game, the Wildcats face the Apex Cougars (Apex, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 8. Millbrook will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
