The crowd at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Eastside Eagles (Taylors, SC) and the visiting Boiling Springs Bulldogs (Spartanburg, SC), saw Eastside's lacrosse team overcome Boiling Springs by a margin of 13-5.
The Eagles (7-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC). The Generals enter the 4A challenge with a 6-1 record. In their last challenge, Wade Hampton beat Mauldin (Mauldin, SC), 15-6, in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC). The Rebels enter the 5A Upper District 2 challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, James F. Byrnes beat St. Joseph's Catholic (Greenville, SC), 21-3, in a non-league challenge.
