Virginia High School Lacrosse - Varsity Opponent drops to Blue Ridge

The Varsity Opponent lacrosse squad (, ), was overwhelmed 16-9 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the host Blue Ridge Barons (St. George, VA)

Coming up next, the Barons meet the Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 9. Blue Ridge will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The enter the challenge with a 4-8 record after their 17-13 non-league loss to Science Hill (Johnson City, TN).

The now sport a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Providence Day for a NCISAA - Division I challenge on Friday, March 8. Varsity Opponent will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 16-5 non-league win over Weddington (Matthews, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 3-0.
