The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Troup County Tigers (LaGrange, GA) and the visiting Fayette County Tigers (Fayetteville, GA), saw Troup County's soccer squad triumph over Fayette County by a margin of 6-0.
The Tigers now sport a 4-2 record. They play next when they travel to Starr's Mill for a 4A Area 4 test on Tuesday, March 12. Troup County will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Whitewater (Fayetteville, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Fayette County drops to 1-6 on the season. The Tigers host Griffin (Griffin, GA) to encounter the Bears in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 12. The Bears come into the test with a record of 3-4.
