The Church Point Bears softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Lake Charles College Prep Trailblazers to 2 in the Bears non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Church Point moves its record to 5-6 on the year. The Bears travel to Delcambre (Delcambre, LA) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league game on Saturday, March 9. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 5-7. Delcambre won 19-2 in their recent league game against Franklin (Franklin, LA)
