Texas High School Baseball - Mansfield holds off Aledo

In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Mansfield Tigers baseball team scored a close 5-1 win over the Aledo Bearcats.
The Tigers (11-1) will now prepare for their game against Richland (North Richland Hills, TX). The Royals go into the non-league game with a 5-5 record. In their last game, Richland nudged Fossil Ridge (Keller, TX), 8-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bearcats play the Lake Belton Broncos (Temple, TX) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 7. Aledo will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Broncos go into the game with a 6-1 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Arlington (Arlington, TX).
