In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Altamont Knights baseball team scored a nice 12-0 win over the Locust Fork Hornets.
The Knights (7-3) will now prepare for their game against Westminster School at Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL). The Knights go into the non-league game with a 6-4 record. In their last game, Westminster School at Oak Mountain knocked off Cornerstone (Birmingham, AL), 17-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Hornets play the Hanceville Bulldogs (Hanceville, AL) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 10. Locust Fork will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Bulldogs go into the game with a 4-5 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Whitesburg Christian Academy (Huntsville, AL).
