The Pearce Mustangs baseball team scored 3 runs and held the visiting Princeton Panthers to 2 in the Mustangs non-league win on Friday.

The Mustangs now own a 4-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Belton for a non-league test on Saturday, March 8. Pearce will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 5-1 non-league loss to Berkner (Richardson, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 6-8.

With the defeat, Princeton drops to 5-7 on the year. The Panthers travel to Naaman Forest (Garland, TX) to clash with the Rangers in a non-league test on Friday, March 7. The Rangers go into the test with a record of 3-6. Naaman Forest lost 12-1 in their recent non-league test against Pearce (Richardson, TX)
