Virginia High School Baseball - St. Anne's-Belfield holds off Virginia Episcopal School

In Friday's non-league game, the visiting St. Anne's-Belfield Saints baseball team scored a close 5-1 win over the Virginia Episcopal School Bishops.
The Saints (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Highland (Warrenton, VA). The Hawks go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Highland nudged Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA), 5-2, in a non-league game.
Next, the Bishops play the Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Lion (Durham, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 13. Virginia Episcopal School will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Lion go into the game with a 1-1 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Durham Academy (Durham, NC).
