The Broughton Capitals lacrosse team (Raleigh, NC), was overwhelmed 10-0 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Topsail Pirates (Hampstead, NC)
With the victory, Topsail advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Pirates travel to New Hanover (Wilmington, NC) to encounter the Wildcats in a battle on Wednesday, March 12. The Wildcats come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Capitals now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to St. Mary's for a non-league battle on Sunday, March 9.
