In Friday's non-league match, the Academy of the Holy Names Jaguars (Tampa, FL) lacrosse team triumphed over the visiting Saint Stephen's Episcopal Falcons (Bradenton, FL), by a tally of 17-9.
Next up, the Jaguars confront the Tampa Catholic Crusaders (Tampa, FL) in a match, on Tuesday, March 11. Academy of the Holy Names will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record. The Crusaders enter the match with a 8-1 record after their 10-7 non-league win over All Saints' Academy (Winter Haven, FL).
The Falcons (4-3) will now prepare for their match against Lakewood Ranch (Bradenton, FL). The Mustangs enter the non-league match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, Lakewood Ranch was overwhelmed by Riverview Sarasota (Sarasota, FL), 17-7, in a league match.
