North Carolina High School Lacrosse - Weddington overwhelms Oceanside Collegiate Academy

Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Weddington Warriors (Matthews, NC) and the visiting Oceanside Collegiate Academy Landsharks (Mt. Pleasant, SC), witnessed Weddington's lacrosse squad overcome Oceanside Collegiate Academy by a count of 15-8.

The Warriors (3-0) will now prepare for their contest against Providence Day (Charlotte, NC). The Chargers enter the non-league contest with a 3-0 record. In their last contest, Providence Day nipped Oceanside Collegiate Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC), 12-4, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Landsharks meet the Providence Day Chargers (Charlotte, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 8. Oceanside Collegiate Academy will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Chargers enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 10-7 non-league win over Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC).
