Fans at Friday's non-league battle between the Carrboro Jaguars (Carrboro, NC) and the host Orange Panthers (Hillsborough, NC), saw Carrboro's soccer squad prevail over Orange by a score of 5-1.
The Jaguars (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Williams (Burlington, NC). The Bulldogs enter the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Williams by Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Eastern Alamance Eagles (Mebane, NC) in a Central 3A battle, on Monday, March 10. Orange will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 2-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Northwood (Pittsboro, NC).
