The Landon Bears lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the visiting Mount St. Joseph Gaels to 8 in the Bears non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bears now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Gilman for a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 11.
With the loss, Mount St. Joseph falls to 0-1 on the year. The Gaels host St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD) to face the Knights in a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 11. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
