In Friday's league outing, the host Academy for Classical Education Gryphons soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 win over the Dodge County Indians.

The Gryphons (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Jefferson County (Louisville, GA). The Warriors enter the 1A D-I Area 2 outing with a 3-5 record. In their last outing, Jefferson County was edged by Bleckley County (Cochran, GA), 5-4, in a league outing.

Next up, the Indians confront the Worth County Rams (Sylvester, GA) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, March 11. Dodge County will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Rams enter the outing with a 2-8 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Sherwood Christian Academy (Albany, GA).
