The Bixby Spartans soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Ponca City Wildcats to 0 in the Spartans non-league victory on Friday.
The Spartans now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Clinton for a non-league bout on Friday, March 7. Bixby will play a Red Tornadoes squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK). The Red Tornadoes record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Ponca City moves to 1-3 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Chickasha (Chickasha, OK) to play the Fighting Chicks in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 8. The Fighting Chicks go into the bout with a record of 0-1.
