Rome Wolves (Rome, GA) backers exited the stadium pleased Friday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Rome advances its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to South Paulding (Douglasville, GA) to clash with the Spartans in a 6A Area 5 test on Tuesday, March 11. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 2-3. South Paulding won 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Pepperell (Lindale, GA)

The Eagles now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Mt. Zion for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 12. Coosa will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Temple (Temple, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-4.
