The Purcell Dragons held off the visiting Del City Eagles soccer team by a tally of 3-2 in Friday's non-league game.
Next, the Dragons clash with the Ardmore Tigers (Ardmore, OK) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 13. Purcell will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record.
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Noble (Noble, OK). The Bears go into the non-league bout with a 3-2 record. In their last bout, Noble got by Glenpool (Glenpool, OK), 3-2, in a non-league bout.
