The Lanier Longhorns (Sugar Hill, GA) soccer routed the visiting Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA), 4-0 in Friday's non-league contest.
Next, the Longhorns battle the Milton Eagles (Milton, GA) in a 5A Area 7 contest, on Friday, March 14. Lanier will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
The Warriors (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Apalachee (Winder, GA). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 2-5 record. In their last contest, Apalachee by Loganville (Loganville, GA), 3-2, in a league contest.
