In Friday's non-league match, the host St. John Eagles softball team scored a nice 14-1 win over the Central Private Redhawks.
The Eagles (7-2) will now prepare for their match against E.D. White (Thibodaux, LA). The Cardinals come into the non-league match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, E.D. White notched a victory over Lutcher (Lutcher, LA), 13-3, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Redhawks confront the St. Joseph's - Plaucheville Eagles (Plaucheville, LA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 8.
