The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Seneca Bobcats (Seneca, SC) and the host Chesnee Eagles (Chesnee, SC), observed Seneca's softball team prevail over Chesnee by a tally of 13-1.

The Bobcats (3-2) will now prepare for their bout against Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC). The Devildogs go into the non-league bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Travelers Rest knocked off Blue Ridge (Greer, SC), 9-8, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Broome Centurions (Spartanburg, SC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, March 10. Chesnee will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Centurions go into the bout with a 0-4 record after their 7-3 non-league loss to Wade Hampton (Greenville, SC).
