Arizona High School Softball - Cibola bounces Fountain Valley

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Cibola Raiders (Yuma, AZ) and the visiting Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA), observed Cibola's softball team get by Fountain Valley by a tally of 12-6.

The Raiders (2-7) will now prepare for their bout against South Hills (West Covina, CA). The Huskies go into the non-league bout with a 4-3 record. In their last bout, South Hills was routed by Villa Park (Villa Park, CA), 4-1, in a non-league bout.

Coming up next, the Barons encounter the Campo Verde Coyotes (Gilbert, AZ) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, March 8. Fountain Valley will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Coyotes come into the outing with a 2-5 record after their 8-1 non-league loss to Canyon (Anaheim, CA).
