In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Destrehan Wildcats softball team scored a nice 11-0 victory over the Neville Tigers.

The Wildcats (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Tioga (Tioga, LA). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Tioga was routed by Alexandria (Alexandria, LA), 11-4, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Natchitoches Central Chiefs (Natchitoches, LA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 8. Neville will attempt to better on its 0-5 season record. The Chiefs go into the match with a 2-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Calvary Baptist Academy (Shreveport, LA).
