California High School Softball - Summerville knocked off by Hughson

March 7, 2025: Tuolumne, CA 95379

The Hughson Huskies overwhelmed the host Summerville Bears softball squad by a count of 16-5 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Huskies meet the Big Valley Christian Lions (Modesto, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, March 11. Hughson will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record. The Lions go into the challenge with a 3-9 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Beyer (Modesto, CA).

The Bears (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Escalon (Escalon, CA). The Cougars go into the non-league challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Escalon was routed by Manteca (Manteca, CA), 19-5, in a non-league challenge.
