Louisiana High School Softball - Iowa gets by Ouachita Christian

In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Iowa Yellowjackets softball team scored a tight 13-12 victory over the Ouachita Christian Eagles.

The Yellowjackets (8-4) will now prepare for their match against Mamou (Mamou, LA). The Demons go into the non-league match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Mamou was nipped by Holy Savior Menard (Alexandria, LA), 11-2, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Montgomery Tigers (Montgomery, LA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 8. Ouachita Christian will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record.
