The Nolensville Knights softball team scored 17 runs and held the host Springfield Yellow Jackets to 6 in the Knights non-league win on Friday.

The Knights now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Coffee County Central for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 8. Nolensville will confront a Red Raiders team coming off a 8-3 non-league win over Oakland (Murfreesboro, TN). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-0.

With the loss, Springfield moves to 3-3 on the season. The Yellow jackets travel to Hendersonville (Hendersonville, TN) to confront the Commandos in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 8. The Commandos come into the battle with a record of 2-0. Hendersonville won 7-1 in their recent non-league battle against Lebanon (Lebanon, TN)
