The Caprock Longhorns baseball team (Amarillo, TX), was overwhelmed 9-4 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Pampa Harvesters (Pampa, TX)

The Harvesters (8-4) will now prepare for their battle against Borger (Borger, TX). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Region I District 4 battle with a 5-5 record. In their last battle, Borger held off Palo Duro (Amarillo, TX), 4-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Longhorns face the Lubbock Westerners (Lubbock, TX) in a 5A Region I District 3 match, on Tuesday, March 10. Caprock will attempt to move on its 5-8 season record. The Westerners come into the match with a 3-12 record after their 10-3 non-league loss to Andrews (Andrews, TX).
