California High School Softball - El Modena bounces Marina

The El Modena Vanguards (Orange, CA) softball routed the host Marina Vikings (Huntington Beach, CA), 12-0 in Saturday's non-league outing.

The Vanguards now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tesoro for a non-league test on Thursday, March 12.

The Vikings (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Newport Harbor (Newport Beach, CA). The Sailors go into the Sunset test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Newport Harbor prevailed over Capistrano Valley Christian (San Juan Capistrano, CA), 9-6, in a non-league test.
