California High School Softball - Righetti bounces Westminster

March 7, 2026: Westminster, CA 92683

In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Righetti Warriors softball team scored a good 19-0 triumph over the Westminster Lions.

With the triumph, Righetti improves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Warriors host Mission College Prep (San Luis Obispo, CA) to play the Royals in a CCAA - Mountain game on Wednesday, March 11. The Royals enter the game with a record of 4-7. Mission College Prep lost 6-3 in their recent non-league game against Sanger West (Fresno, CA)

The Lions now hold a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Loara for a non-league game on Monday, March 9. Westminster will play a Saxons squad coming off a 16-0 non-league win over Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA). The Saxons record now stands at 2-1.
