Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Comanche Indians (Comanche, TX) and the host Hawley Bearcats (Hawley, TX), saw Comanche's baseball squad beat Hawley by a margin of 16-7.

Coming up next, the Indians play the Bangs Dragons (Bangs, TX) in a 3A Region I District 8 battle, on Monday, March 14. Comanche will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record.

The Bearcats now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ralls for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 10. Hawley will play a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 17-2 non-league win over Smyer (Smyer, TX). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 5-3.
